摘要
对室内研发的黏弹性表面活性剂开展低渗油藏W2块适应性研究,从界面张力、剪切流变性、黏弹性、热稳性、乳化能力及岩心室内驱油性能进行系统评价。实验结果表明,黏弹性表面活性剂与W2块油藏原油的界面张力维持在10^(-3)mN/m,耐盐、耐温性较好,对原油具有较强的乳化能力,与W2块注入水配伍性良好。采用质量浓度5 000 mg/L表面活性剂溶液,注入量0.3 PV,针对100×10^(-3)μm^(2)的人造岩心,水驱后提高采收率为19.82%;针对40×10^(-3)μm^(2)的人造岩心,水驱后提高采收率为11.11%,表面活性剂能满足w2块驱油要求。
The suitability of a viscoelastic surfactant developed in laboratory for use in Low Permeability Reservoir Block W2 was studied by systematically evaluating the interfacial tension, shear rheological property, viscoelasticity, thermal stability, emulsifying capacity, and laboratory core displacement performance with regard to this viscoelastic surfactant. The experimental results have shown that the interfacial tension between the viscoelastic surfactant and Block W2 can be maintained at 10-3 mN/m, the salinity tolerance and temperature tolerance properties are good of the viscoelastic surfactant, it has high emulsifying capacity, and it is well compatible with the injection water at Block W2. Recovery efficiency was enhanced by 19.82% by injecting 0.3 PV of the solution of this surfactant of the mass concentration of 5 000 mg/L to a 100×10-3 μm2 artificial core and by 11.11% by injecting the same volume of the same surfactant solution to a 40×10-3 μm2 artificial core in carrying out water flooding test showing that this surfactant can satisfy the oil recovery requirement at Block W2.
