摘要
采用新引进的真空正压气淬炉开展了不同风机转速和不同装载量的冷却速度测试,对冷却测试数据进行整理分析。结果表明,真空炉冷却速度和装载量、风机转速呈线性关系;空载和装载情况下炉门区域的冷却快,慢区位置保持不变;之后,分区装载单晶高温合金试样进行全过程热处理工艺试验,试样组织形貌控制良好,尺寸满足要求,对高温合金制件的真空热处理科研生产具有一定指导意义。
The cooling rate test of different fan speed different loading capacity were carried out by using the newly introduced vacuum positive pressure gas quenching furnace. The cooling test data were sorted out and analyzed. The results show that, there is a linear relationship between the cooling rate of the vacuum furnace and the loading capacity, the rotating speed of the fan. The cooling of the furnace door zone under no-load and loading conditions is fast, and the position of the slow zone remains unchanged. After that, the whole process heat treatment test of single crystal superalloy is carried out, and the microstructure and morphology of the sample are well controlled and the size meets the requirements, which has certain guiding significance for the research and production of vacuum heat treatment of superalloy parts.
