摘要
智能手机日益纤薄,部分零部件由于其安装空间非常有限,无法采用传统的螺丝安装工艺完成,点胶工艺即应运而生。点胶工艺中最重要的一环就是通过UV(紫外线)灯照射点胶机挤压到待固定零部件上的胶剂,以达到快速固化的目的。针对UV灯照射可能不一致,使得点胶工艺过程中快速固化造成的产品不一致问题,文中采用LED光源,通过使用改进的基于DC-DC电源芯片电路,结合电流采样,设计了一种低成本、高可靠性的LED恒流驱动方案,经过试验验证,UV灯控制具有极高的一致性,恒流误差小于5%,很好的达到了应用要求,且该研究成果已被应用在实际生产中。
Smart phones are becoming thinner and thinner,and some parts cannot be installed by traditional screw installation technology due to their limited installation space,so dispensing technology emerges.In the dispensing process,the most important part is to use UV(ultraviolet)lamp to irradiate the dispensing machine to extrude the adhesive on the parts to be fixed,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid curing.In view of the inconsistency of UV lamp irradiation and the inconsistency of products caused by rapid curing in the dispensing process,this paper uses LED light source to design a low⁃cost and high reliability LED constant current drive scheme through the use of improved DC⁃DC power chip circuit and current sampling.The test results show that UV lamp control has high consistency and constant current The error is less than 5%,which meets the application requirements well.The research results have been applied in the actual production.
