摘要
随着城市化进程的不断发展,城市中小学空间的“量”与“质”矛盾凸显,其空间拓展成为必然趋势。本文立足学校,着眼学区,提出学区空间密度概念,针对就学供需关系、建筑密度、容积率等影响因素进行分析,总结学区空间密度指标,为判断城市中小学校及其学区空间发展的急迫性提供相应的理论依据。
With the development of urbanization,the contradiction between"quantity"and"quality"is more obvious in the space of primary and secondary school in city.And its space expansion has become an inevitable trend.In this paper,the concept of spatial density of school district has been proposed.Then,by analyzing the influencing factors,such as relationship between supply and demand,building density,and plot ratio,etc.,the paper summarizes the index of the spatial density of school district.It can provide the theoretical basis for determining the urgency of the spatial demand in primary and secondary school and its district.
