摘要
采用浸渍法制备了α-八异戊氧基酞菁铜(锌、镍、钴)/SBA-15(α-PcCu/SBA-15,α-PcZn/SBA-15,α-PcNi/SBA-15,α-PcCo/SBA-15)4种SBA-15负载型金属酞菁催化剂。在可见光照射下,研究了溶液的pH值、催化剂中心金属离子、催化剂用量、温度等因素对催化氧化巯基乙醇的影响,并对催化剂的重复利用率进行了讨论。结果表明,4种催化剂均具有良好的催化氧化活性和重复利用率,在同等条件下,α-PcCu/SBA-15的催化氧化效果最佳。在t=20℃、c(巯基乙醇)=0.71 mol/L的溶液25.0 mL、pH=11、催化剂m(α-PcCu/SBA-15)=12 mg的条件下,100 min催化氧化消耗氧气的量可达18.1 mL,反应活化能为54.72 kJ/mol。
Four SBA-15 supported metal phthalocyanine catalysts were prepared by impregnation method:α-octa-isopentyloxy phthalocyanine Cu(Zn,Ni,Co)/SBA-15[α-PcCu/SBA-15,α-PcZn/SBA-15,α-PcNi/SBA-15,α-PcCo/SBA-15].Under visible light irradiation,the effects of pH value of solution,metal ions in catalyst center,amount of catalyst and temperature on catalytic oxidation of mercaptoethanol were studied.The reusability of catalyst was also discussed.The experimental results indicate that all four catalysts have good catalytic oxidation activity and reusability.The catalytic oxidation ofα-PcCu/SBA-15 is the best among the four catalysts under the same conditions.Under the conditions of t=20℃,c(mercaptoethanol)=0.71 mol/L solution 25.0 mL,pH=11,catalyst m(α-PcCu/SBA-15)=12 mg,the amount of oxygen consumed by catalytic oxidation can reach 18.1 mL and the activation energy is 54.72 kJ/mol.
