摘要
受“中美贸易摩擦”和新冠肺炎疫情叠加影响,世界粮食市场不确定性因素增加,我国粮食进口风险增强,与更多新兴粮食出口国开展稳定的粮食贸易合作,多元化粮食进口来源日益重要。哈萨克斯坦作为新兴粮食出口大国,粮食生产与出口日益稳定,为中哈粮食贸易合作奠定了基础,提供了机会。但同时中哈在粮食贸易过程中存在仓储运输等障碍,为此提出加强中哈仓储物流体系建设合作以提高哈粮食仓储运输能力,大力发展新疆粮食加工产业以减少进口粮食运输成本的对策建议。
Affected by the Sino US trade friction and the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the uncertainty in the world food market has grown.With the risk of grain imports increasing,to maintain steady grain trade cooperation with more new grain exporting countries and diversify the grain imports source have become increasingly important.As an emerging grain exporting country,Kazakhstan's grain production and export have become increasingly stable,which has laid the foundation and provided opportunities for China Kazakhstan grain trade cooperation.But at the same time,there are some obstacles in the process of grain trade between China and Kazakhstan,such as storage and transportation.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the cooperation in the construction of storage and logistics system between China and Kazakhstan to improve the grain storage and transportation capacity of Kazakhstan,and vigorously develop the grain processing industry in Xinjiang to reduce the transportation cost of imported grain.
