摘要
目的了解PB6000集装货物/车辆检查系统开机运行过程中的辐射危害特点,评估其辐射防护设施及措施的有效性,提出检查系统辐射危害关键控制点。方法 2018年,通过对PB6000集装货物/车辆检查系统的职业卫生调查,确定检查系统辐射源项、职业人员接触情况、采取的辐射防护设施及措施,根据现场检测和个人剂量估算评估辐射防护设施的有效性并得出辐射危害关键控制点。结果检测结果显示,检查系统监督区边界、控制室、加速器舱及设备舱外剂量率均满足GBZ 143—2015《货物车辆辐射检查系统的放射防护要求》中规定的剂量率控制值要求,操作员和引导员个人年有效剂量满足1 mSv/a的要求。结论检查系统采取的辐射防护设施及措施合理有效,确保辐射安全设施的正常运行和严格按照操作规程操作是检查系统辐射危害关键控制点。
Objective To understand the characteristics of radiation hazard of PB6000 containerized cargo/vehicle inspection system during the operation,assess the validity of radiation protection facility and measures,and propose the critical control points of radiation hazard in inspection system. Methods The radiation source of the inspection system,occupational exposure of the workers,and radiation protection facilities and measures were determined by the occupational health investigation on PB6000 containerized cargo/vehicle inspection system in 2018. The effectiveness of radiation protection facilities is evaluated according to the field test and individual dose estimation,and the critical control points of radiation hazard were obtained. Results The detection results showed that the dose rates of supervised area boundary,control room,accelerator cabin and outside areas of the inspection system all met the dose rate control requirements of the Radiation protection requirements for radiation inspection system of freight vehicles(GBZ 143-2015). The individual annual effective dose of operators and guides met the requirement of1 mSv/a. Conclusion The radiation protection facility and measures used in the inspection system are reasonable and effective. To ensure the normal operation of radiation security facility and standard operation according to the regulation strictly are the critical control points of radiation hazard in inspection system.
