火炸药包装纸袋制造过程中的职业病危害现场调查及关键控制点分析 被引量:1

Occupational hazards on-site investigation and analysis of critical control points during manufacture of explosive packaging paper bags

摘要 目的了解火炸药包装纸袋制造过程中存在的职业病危害因素分布及接触水平,确定该行业生产过程中的职业病危害关键控制点。方法依据国家职业卫生采样分析标准规范,2018年11月采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法对山西省某包装品生产公司火炸药包装纸袋制造过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行调查和检测,结合系统工程分析法进行综合分析。结果火炸药包装纸袋生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要为乙酸乙酯、异佛尔酮和噪声。现场检测及测量结果表明,正常生产过程中配胶间、上胶间乙酸乙酯浓度超标,复合机和移动印字机运行过程中产生的乙酸乙酯和异佛尔酮浓度符合职业接触限值要求。上述设备和工序作业人员接触化学物质的8 h时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)均符合职业接触限值要求;接触噪声8 h等效声级强度为72.778.0 dB(A)。结论火炸药包装纸袋制造过程的关键控制点为配胶间、上胶间,应增设配胶间、上胶间的局部排风设施,且设尾气吸收装置,上胶间胶桶应加盖以减少乙酸乙酯的挥发。 Objective To understand the distribution and exposure levels of occupational hazards in the manufacturing process of explosive packaging paper bags, determine the critical control points for occupational hazards in the production process of the industry. Methods According to the national standard for sampling and analysis of occupational health, in November 2018, the occupational health field investigation method and the occupational health inspection method were adopted to investigate and de-tect the occupational hazards in the manufacturing process of the powder and explosive packaging paper bags of a packaging product production company in Shaanxi Province, and a comprehensive analysis was carried out combined with the system engineering analysis method. Results The occupational hazards in the production of explosive packaging paper bags were mainly ethyl acetate, isophorone, and noise. The on-site inspection and measurement results showed that the concentrations of ethyl acetate in the rubber mixing room and the rubber coating room exceeded the standard during the normal production process, and the concentrations of ethyl acetate and isophorone generated during the operation of the compound machine and mobile printer met the occupational exposure limits. The 8 h time weighted average concentration(CTWA) of the above equipment and process workers exposed to chemical substances met the occupational exposure limit requirements. The 8 h equivalent sound level intensi-ty of the noise exposure was 72.7-78.0 dB(A). Conclusion The critical control points in the manufacturing process of explosive packaging paper bags are the rubber mixing room and the rubber coating room. Local exhaust facilities for the rubber mixing room and the rubber coating room should be added, and the exhaust gas absorption device should be provided. The rubber drum should be covered to reduce the evaporation of ethyl acetate.
