摘要
对比研究新型低结晶度聚乙烯与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的性能。结果表明,与EPDM胶料相比,新型聚乙烯胶料的加工安全性较好,交联密度稍大,硫化速率较快,耐低温性能较好,气密性可达到同一水平,综合性能良好。新型低结晶度聚乙烯可以作为EPDM的替代材料应用于橡胶制品生产。
The properties of a new type low crystallinity polyethylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)were studied.The results showed that,compared with EPDM,the new type polyethylene had better processing safety,higher crosslinking density,faster curing rate,better low temperature resistance,the same level of air tightness and good comprehensive performance.The new type low crystallinity polyethylene could be used in the production of rubber products as an alternative to EPDM.
