摘要
为了确定钢桥表面混凝土温度设计标准,需要测量当地钢桥各时期多个位置的温度参数。针对目前钢桥测温装置功耗大,不能很好地满足全年测温需求的情况,提出一种远程低功耗测温系统方案,系统采用电池供电,由低功耗可休眠的FPGA主控,通过模拟开关与AD转换器完成多路温度采集,LoRa组网远距离传输数据,FPGA由外部时钟模块定时唤醒控制其他模块上下电以节省功耗。实验测得当天最高温为58.63℃,系统在一日总体功耗为31.7798 mWh,满足全年的温度检测要求,无线通信距离达5 km。
In order to determine the design standard of concrete temperature on steel bridge surface,it is necessary to measure the temperature parameters of local steel bridge in different periods.At present,the steel bridge temperature measuring device has high power consumption and can not meet the demand of annual temperature measuring well.A scheme of remote low-power temperature measurement system is proposed.The system is powered by battery and controlled by low-power sleep FPGA.The multi-channel temperature acquisition is completed by analog switch and AD converter.LoRa network is used to transmit data remotely.FPGA is composed of external clock module.It timing wakes up to control the power on or off of other modules for saving power consumption.The highest temperature was 58.63℃in the day.The total power consumption of the system is 31.7798 mWh in one day.It can meet the requirements of temperature detection for the whole year.Wireless communication range up to 5 kilometers.
