摘要
采用微波辐射处理溶解浆,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、纤维质量分析仪(FQA)、BET氮吸附法等对处理后的溶解浆进行性能分析检测。结果表明,微波辐射处理能够改善溶解浆纤维的微观结构和形态,增大纤维的比表面积、孔洞直径以及保水值,降低纤维素分子质量;经500 W、5 min的微波辐射处理,溶解浆的反应性能提高至原来的1.4倍(从53%提高到75%),特性黏度从930 mL/g降至860 mL/g。
Here a simple yet effective method of microwave radiation treatment to promote the reactive ability of dissolving pulp was devel⁃oped,the properties of which were characterized by SEM,GPC,FQA,and BET methods.The results showed that the microwave radiation treatment could change the micro structure and morphology of dissolving pulp fibers,and increase the specific surface area,pore diameter,and water retention value of dissolving pulp fibers as well as decrease the molecular weight of the cellulose.A 5 min and 500 W microwave ra⁃diation treatment could lead to a 1.4-times improvement of the Fock reactivity of dissolving pulp fibers(from 49%to 83%)and a decrease in the intrinsic viscosity from 930 mL/g to 860 mL/g.
