摘要
在军民融合深度推进的背景下,通过充分分析军事物流标准体系和民用物流标准体系的内容和结构,按照体系结构的层级关系,对军民物流标准体系结构进行差异分析,提出构建以民用标准体系结构为基础,融合军用物资专业属性的一种军民融合的物流标准体系结构,为军民物流标准的融合发展搭建了“四梁八柱”。
Under the background of the in-depth advancement of military-civilian integration,by fully analyzing the content and structure of the military logistics standard system and the civil logistics standard system,and according to the hierarchical relationship of the two systems,we analyzed the difference between the structure of the military and civil logistics standard systems,and proposed a militarycivilian integrated logistics standard system structure that was based on the civil standard system structure and factoring in the special attributes of the military materials,building the platform for the integrated development of the military and civilian logistics standards.
