摘要
介绍了在常规三段漂上提高桉木浆白度的生产实践,摸索出适合树皮含量高的桉木刨片浆的蒸煮用碱量和碱化段的优化。结果表明:要在常规三段漂(CEH)流程上生产出高白度,即白度84%ISO以上的桉木浆,树皮含量高的桉木刨片的蒸煮用碱量需要达到22%,同时在碱化段Ep添加0.25%硫酸镁和0.5%水玻璃(硅酸钠),可以把碱化段的碱化白度提到70%ISO以上,不仅确保漂后浆的白度,还可以降低40%双氧水的消耗量,降低生产成本。
This paper mainly introduced the production practice of improving the whiteness of eucalyptus pulp based on conventional three-stage bleaching.The alkali consumption and alkalization stage of sliced eucalyptus pulp with high bark content were optimized,and the appropriate process was explored.The results showed that eucalyptus pulp with high brightness(higher than 84%ISO)could be obtained when the alkali content of eucalyptus planks with high bark content reached 22%,and the eucalyptus pulp was processed by traditional three-stage bleaching(CEH)process.At the same time,the basic whiteness of the alkalized part increased to 70%ISO when 0.25%magnesium sulfate and 0.5 sodium silicate(sodium silicate)were added during the EP.This not only ensures the brightness of the bleached pulp,but also reduces the consumption of 40%hydrogen peroxide and the production cost.
