基于Moldflow的数控机床接触式滚轮传感器的注塑模具设计与优化分析 被引量:12

Design and Optimization Analysis of Injection Mold for NC Machine Tool Contact Roller Sensor Based on Moldflow

摘要 基于Moldflow软件,对其注塑模具的浇注系统和冷却系统进行设计,对模具的流动平衡和翘曲变形进行分析。基于正交试验法,结合极差分析法和方差分析法,找出影响翘曲变形的关键因素,得到优化后的工艺参数。从优化后的结果可知,翘曲最大变形量降低了14.11%;流动性差异由12.6%降低到5.46%,说明优化后的工艺参数使模具加工质量得到明显改善。 Based on Moldflow software,the gating system and cooling system of its injection mold are designed,and the flow balance and warpage deformation of the mold are analyzed.Based on the orthogonal experiment method,combined with the range analysis method and the variance analysis method,the key factors affecting the warpage are found,and the optimized process parameters are obtained.From the optimized results,it can be seen that the maximum warpage deformation is reduced by 14.11%;the fluidity difference is reduced from 12.6%to 5.46%,indicating that the optimized process parameters have significantly improved the mold processing quality.
