摘要
为研究黑水虻幼虫粉在9~18周龄蛋鸡饲料中应用的可行性,选用480只9周龄海兰褐商品代蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只;分别喂食含有0(对照组,D1组)、3%(D2组)、6%(D3组)和9%(D4组)黑水虻幼虫粉试验饲粮9周,对其生长性能和血清生化指标进行分析。结果显示:D2组末重和平均日增重显著高于D1和D4组(P<0.05),而料重比却相反,平均日采食量显著高于D1(P<0.05);成活率、18周胫骨长度和胫骨长度变化在各处理组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);D2和D3组血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各试验组(D2、D3和D4)血清尿素氮、胆固醇和丙二醛含量显著低于D1组,而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于D1组(P<0.05),其中尿素氮含量随虫粉添加比例的升高而显著升高(P<0.05);D3组血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著低于D1组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,9~18周龄育成期蛋鸡饲料中添加一定水平的黑水虻幼虫粉是可行的,且添加3%的效果最优。
In order to study the feasibility of using black soldier fly larvae meal in diet of layer chickens at 9 to18 weeks of age,a total of 4809-week-age Hy-Line commercial layer hens were randomly allotted into 4 treatments with 6 replicates,and 20 chickens per replicate.The birds were fed diets containing different levels 0(the control group,D1 group),3%(D2 group),6%(D3 group)and 9%(D4 group)of black soldier fly larvae meal for 9 weeks,and then analysis of growth performance and serum biochemical indicators.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain in D2 group were significantly higher than those of D1 and D4 groups(P<0.05),whereas the opposite was for feed/gain ratio,the average daily feed intake was significantly higher than that of D1 group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the survival rate,tibia length at 18 weeks age and tibia length change in treatment groups(P>0.05).The contents of serum total protein,albumin and globulin in D2 and D3 groups were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The serum urea nitrogen,cholesterol,malondialdehyde contents of treatment groups(D2,D3 and D4)were significantly lower than those of D1 group(P<0.05),whereas the opposite was for glutathione peroxidase activities,which urea nitrogen contents increased significantly with the increasing of the proportion of insect powder.Serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities in D3 group were significantly lower than those in D1 group(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the conditions of this experiment,it is feasible in diet containing a certain level of black soldier fly larvae meal to feed layer chickens at 9 to 18 weeks of age,and 3%is the best ratio.
