摘要
文章概述了自身免疫性胃炎的临床特点,总结了周斌教授应用中医中药辨证治疗自身免疫性胃炎的临床经验。周斌教授提出先天禀赋不足,脏腑发育不良,致使脾肾两虚,是本病的主要病因,治疗时强调从发病之初即补益脾肾,并贯穿疾病治疗的始终;同时根据现代胃镜及病理、血清学等手段进行微观辨证,结合患者不同的症状表现,微观辨证与宏观辨证相结合,精准治疗,从而有效的治疗自身免疫性胃炎。
The article summarizes the clinical characteristics of autoimmune gastritis and the clinical experience of professor ZHOU Bin in applying TCM dialectical therapy to autoimmune gastritis.Professor ZHOU Bin pointed out that lack of congenital endowment and poor development of viscera result in deficiency of both spleen and kidney,which are the main causes of this disease.During treatment,it is emphasized that the spleen and kidney should be nourished from the beginning of the disease and run through the treatment.Besides,the treatment should reference the gastroscopy,histology,serum markers and different symptoms of patients.The combination of microscopic syndrome differentiation and macroscopic syndrome differentiation provides precise treatment,thus effectively treating autoimmune gastritis.
