摘要
强直性脊柱炎属于风湿免疫科常见病、难治病。西医治疗该病一般选用非甾体抗炎药、慢作用抗风湿药、糖皮质激素等,但其临床治疗效果通常不尽人意。我国部分少数民族在治疗强直性脊柱炎上有丰富的用药经验和外治方法,笔者通过查阅近年我国少数民族治疗强直性脊柱炎的相关文献,进行归纳和整理,以期为强直性脊柱炎的治疗提供新的思路和方法,同时促进民族医药的发展。
Ankylosing spondylitis is a common and intractable disease in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department.Western medicine to treat the disease drugs generally choose NSAID,DMARDs,GC,and so on,but the clinical treatment effect is not satisfactory.Some national minorities in China have rich medication experience in drug application and external treatment in the ankylosing spondylitis.The author reviewed and summarized the literature on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis by ethnic minorities in recent years to provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,at the same time to promote the development of minority medicine.
