基于六气理论分析吉林省四平地区老年肺炎发病规律及其与气象因素的相关性 被引量:5

Analysis of morbidity pattern of pneumonia and its correlation with meteorological factors in Siping area of Jilin province based on the six climatic factors theory

摘要 目的:基于六气理论分析吉林省四平地区老年肺炎发病规律及其与气象因素相关性的研究。方法:选取1995年1月20日至2013年1月19日吉林省四平地区老年肺炎疾病逐日入院病例资料及同期逐日气象资料,运用SPSS 22.0软件,采用卡方检验分析肺炎疾病在不同主气时段发病数是否有统计学差异;其次选取老年肺炎疾病发病最高的主气时段数据,采用主成分分析法分析老年肺炎疾病与气象因素之间的相关性。结果:经统计分析发现,老年肺炎疾病在主气初之气厥阴风木时段发病数最高(χ^(2)=72.425,P=0.000),与气象因素中气温和湿度关联性较强,与风速、气压和降水量关联性则不明显。结论:吉林省四平地区老年肺炎疾病的发生发展变化规律与五运六气变化有相关性。 Objective:To study the morbidity pattern of pneumonia in Siping area of Jilin Province based on the sixqi theory and its correlation with meteorological factors.Methods:From January 20,1995 to January 19,2013,the information of these 18-year pneumonia patients in Siping area of Jilin Province admitted to the hospital and daily meteorological data during the same period were collected.With SPSS 22.0 software,chi-square test was used to analyze the incidence of pneumonia during different periods Statistical difference;furthermore,the data of host-climate-qi period with the highest incidence of senile pneumonia disease were selected to analyze the correlation between senile pneumonia disease and meteorological factors.Results:According to statistical calculations,there was the highest incidence of pneumonia at the beginning of the host-climate-qi period(χ^(2)=72.425,P=0.000)and the correlation between pneumonia incidence and temperature and humidity was highly among meteorological factors.However its correlation with wind speed,air pressure and precipitation was not significant.Conclusion:The morbidity and progress of pneumonia disease in Siping area of Jilin province was related to the changes of five evolution phases and six climatic factors.
