摘要
目的:系统评价现有中医药治疗病毒性肺炎随机对照试验(RCT),为今后治疗病毒性肺炎提供证据。方法:检索7个文献数据库,筛选相关RCT。评价纳入RCT方法学质量,总结各中医药措施的有效性和安全性。结果:纳入25个RCT,涉及13种中医药干预措施。低、中、高偏倚风险文献分别有5、13和7个RCT。有效性分析结果显示:清肺口服液和痰热清注射液加减疗效较确切,清开灵注射液加减、喜炎平注射液等至少对1个结局有效。各中医药措施安全性均良好。结论:当前中医药干预病毒性肺炎高质量RCT较少,清肺口服液和痰热清注射液加减疗效相对确切,其他中医药干预措施仍需更多证据。
Objective:To provide evidence for viral pneumonia by systematically appraising currently available randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for viral pneumonia.Methods:Seven literature databases were searched to screen relevant RCTs.The methodological quality of included RCTs were appraised and the effectiveness and safety of TCM were qualitatively summarized.Results:Twenty-five RCTs were included,involving 13 kinds of TCM interventions.Five,thirteen and seven RCTs had an overall low,moderate and high of bias,respectively.Efficacy analyses showed that Qingfei Oral Solution and Tanreqing Injection with addition and subtraction have a relatively definite effect on viral pneumonia.Qingkailing Injection with addition and subtraction,Xiyanping Injection,etc.are effective for at least one outcome of interest.All TCM interventions are safe.Conclusion:There are short of high-quality RCTs of TCM for viral pneumonia in cunrrent.Qingfei Oral Solution and Tanreqing Injection with addition and subtraction are relatively effective.More evidence is warrant for other TCM interventions.
