摘要
巴林特小组是1949年由匈牙利著名的精神分析家米歇尔·巴林特医生开创的一种工作模式,用以培训医生通过精神动力学的视角关注医患关系。因巴林特小组具有团体心理辅导的性质,目前已被广泛运用到临床医疗工作、医学教育、高校教育和社会工作等领域,用来改善人际关系、提高沟通效率。德育教育是医学高校教育中的重点,目前医学高校的德育方式及实效性仍有待进一步提高,本文分从心理健康教育角度分析巴林特小组在德育教育中运用的可行性及其优势。
The Balint Group is a working model created by the famous Hungarian psychoanalyst Michel Ballint in 1949 to train doctors to pay attention to the doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of psychodynamics.Because the Balint Group has the nature of group psychological counseling,it has been widely used in various fields such as clinical medical work,medical education,college education and social work to improve interpersonal relationships and improve communication efficiency.Moral education is the focus of medical college education.At present,the methods and effectiveness of moral education in medical colleges still need to be further improved.This article analyzes the feasibility and advantages of Balint Group’s use in moral education from the perspective of mental health education.
