基于油液光谱监测的风电机组齿轮箱磨损状态的研究 被引量:1

摘要 风电机组齿轮箱的磨损微粒主要是铁颗粒,铁颗粒含量的增长趋势能直接反映出风电机组齿轮箱的磨损状态。以Spectro油液光谱分析仪监测风电机组齿轮箱在用齿轮油中的铁元素含量,通过一段时间内铁元素的增加量和风电机组可利用小时数,可计算得到单位可利用小时数下的铁元素增加量ΔQ_(Fe);引入可靠性理论研究了ΔQ_(Fe)的分布规律,并以风电机组齿轮箱在用齿轮油的监测数据为依据,建立基于ΔQ_(Fe)的齿轮箱磨损阈值模型。在大样本数据的基础上建立的磨损阈值模型能够更准确地分析风电机组齿轮箱的磨损状态趋势,可为风电机组齿轮箱磨损状态评估提供参考依据。 The main wear particles of wind turbine gearbox are iron particles.The increasing of iron particle content can directly reflect the wear state of wind turbine gearbox.In this paper,the Fe content of the gear oil in use for wind turbine gearbox is monitored by means of Spectro oil spectrum analyzer.By measuring the increase of Fe content and available hours of wind turbine in a period of time,the increase of Fe content per unit of available hours(ΔQ_(Fe))is calculated.Reliability theory is introduced to study the distribution law ofΔQ_(Fe),taking the monitoring data of in use gear oil of wind turbine gearbox as an example,the threshold model of gearbox wear state based onΔQ_(Fe) is established.This wear threshold model established on the basis of large sample data can more accurately analyze the wear state trend of the wind turbine gearbox,and provide a reference for the evaluation of the wear state of the wind turbine gearbox.
