摘要
医疗机构是居民健康的守护者,在突发公共卫生事件的应急管理中发挥着重要作用。本文分享大型综合医院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情的一些医疗管理实践经验。大型医疗机构一方面要迅速启动传染病应急预案,制定标准化门诊就诊流程,即从门急诊到住院病房的管理流程,减少院内交叉感染,科学指引,对环境合理布局,全程强化医院感染控制和人员培训,做好接续性医疗救治工作,另一方面要做好传染病报告工作,即新冠肺炎疫情信息收集、疫情监测和疫情报告等工作。希望本文能为其他医疗机构应对传染病疫情提供一定的参考。
Medical institutions are the guardians of residents’health and play an important role in the emergency management of public health emergencies.This article shares some of the medical management practical experience of large general hospitals in response to the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.On the one hand,large medical institutions should quickly initiate infectious disease emergency plans and formulate standardized outpatient visits(the management process from outpatient and emergency to inpatient wards),reduce cross-infection in the hospital,scientifically guide,rationally deploy the environment,strengthen hospital infection control and personnel training,and do a good job of continuous medical treatment.On the other hand,large medical institutions must do a good job of reporting infectious diseases,including information collection,epidemic monitoring,and epidemic reporting of COVID-19.It is hoped that this article could provide some reference for other medical institutions to deal with infectious diseases.
