摘要
为探究新杀菌剂HNPC-A095的杀菌作用机制,选择水稻纹枯病原菌为对象,研究了HNPCA095对纹枯病菌的抑制作用以及对纹枯病菌丝体内含物渗漏的影响。试验结果表明HNPC-A095对水稻纹枯病原菌具有较强抑制作用,EC50=1.19 mg·L^(-1);HNPC-A095对水稻纹枯病原菌菌丝体内含物渗漏有显著影响。破坏细胞膜通透性可能是HNPCA095发挥杀菌作用的机制之一。
In order to explore the fungicidal mechanism of new fungicide HNPC-A095,the inhibitory effect of HNPC-A095 on Rhizoctonia solani and the effect on the leakage of substances in mycelia of Rhizoctonia solani were studied.The results showed that HNPC-A095 had a strong inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia solani,with EC50=1.19 mg·L^(-1).HNPC-A095 had a significant effect on the leakage of the mycelium of Rhizoctonia solani.The destruction of membrane permeability may be one of the fungicidal mechanism of new fungicide HNPC-A095.
