摘要
优美的城市天际线是彰显城市特色、塑造良好人居环境的手段。当前城市建设中一些已建成地段的天际线过于呆板单一,如何在后续的规划建设中优化天际线是规划师面对的挑战。以汕头南滨新城为例,针对现状天际线问题提出:远景的天际线从宏观的大尺度,强化“山水格局”视觉效果;近景的天际线统筹建成区与未建成区的天际线、细化地块建筑高度控制策略,弥补建成区天际线不足。
Beautiful urban skyline is a means to highlight the urban characteristics and create a good living environment.At present,the skyline of some built areas in urban construction is too rigid and single.How to optimize the skyline in the subsequent planning and construction is a challenge for planners.Taking Shantou Nanbin new city as an example,aiming at the current skyline problems.This paper puts forward the following suggestions.The distant skyline should strengthen the visual effect of“big landscape pattern”from a macro large scale.The close range skyline should coordinate the skyline of built-up area and uncompleted area,refine the building height control strategy,make up for the insufficient skyline in the built-up area.
