摘要
分析了电子作业指导书技术(EWI),指出了传统工艺卡片的缺点。以某典型制造业用户的应用为例,分析了企业EWI项目的实施过程及企业EWI的定制应用,通过EWI在数字化工厂中的应用,使企业在生产制造端通过Web访问数字化定义包和技术数据包。通过工艺部门和信息化部门的配合,对EWI进行配置和开发,使操作人员和管理者关注的信息能够直观显示在车间的终端上,有效提高了现场执行效率、管理水平及产品质量,缩短了研制周期。
The research analyzes the EWI,and points out the deficiencies of traditional handicraft cards.Through taking the application of a typical manufacturing industry user as an example,the research analyzes the implement process of enterprise EWI and customization application of enterprise EWI.Through the application of EWI in digital factory,enterprises can visit digitization definition package and technology data package through Web by manufacturing end.Through the cooperation between technology and informatization departments,EWI is allocated and developed to make the concerned information by operators and managers visually display on the terminal end of the workshop,to effectively improve site execution efficiency,management level and production quality,and to reduce the lead time.
