摘要
为满足新时代、新形势下高等教育改革对经管类高级专门人才的新需求,主动适应学校新经管建设工程(新经管工程)的人才培养供给侧变革,提高工程管理专业毕业生的专业素质,通过探析工程管理专业毕业生职业发展能力需求与专业课程体系间的关联性,打造工程施工项目管理技能和工程造价管理技能二维核心能力群,构建基于职业发展需求视角的工程管理专业核心能力提升的路径,提高工程管理专业的人才培养质量与就业竞争力。
In order to meet new demands of higher education reform for senior managerial talents in the new era, we should actively adapt to the reform on the supply side of personnel training in the school’s new managerial construction project and improve the professional quality of graduates majoring in engineering management.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the professional development ability needs of engineering management graduates and the professional curriculum system, the two-dimensional core competence group of engineering construction project management skills and engineering cost management skills is created, and the improvement path of core competence of Engineering Management Specialty based on the perspective of career development demand is constructed, so as to improve the talent cultivation quality and employment competitiveness of engineering management specialty.
