摘要
乡镇污水处理存在污水排放量小、污染物负荷变化范围大、管网亟待完善、运营管理不够科学等问题。在上海、湖南、江苏等地进行乡镇污水处理技术、运营管理及投融资模式的调查研究中,提出乡镇污水项目可通过城乡结合、项目公司介入、厂网一体、区域打捆模式运维管理措施,大大简化操作管理流程,节约运营成本,提高污水处理系统的稳定性、可靠性和处理效果。
Research on township wastewater treatment modes needs to pay attention to its features,including small quantity wastewater discharge,wide range of pollutant load,incomplete pipeline networks,and unscientific operational management.Project team conducted investigation and research on township wastewater treatment technology,operational management and investment and financing models in Shanghai,Hunan and Jiangsu,and proposed that township wastewater projects can be managed through urban-rural integration,project company intervention,factory-network integration,and regional bundling mode operation and maintenance management.Greatly simplify the operation management process,save operating costs,improve the stability,reliability of wastewatwer systems and treatment effect.
