摘要
为解决大断面巷道围岩变形量大、巷道支护困难等问题,以曹家滩煤矿122108工作面主运顺槽为背景,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,对巷道围岩变形破坏力学机理和掘进过程中的应力场、位移场和塑性区进行分析,总结巷道掘进过程中围岩的变形破坏规律,在此基础上对巷道支护参数进行优化。结果表明:采用“锚杆+锚索+塑钢网+钢筋网”的支护方式可以有效控制围岩变形,提高巷道掘进速率。
In order to solve the problems of large deformation and support difficulty of surrounding rock of large section roadway,taking the main haulage roadway of No.122108 working face in Caojiatan coal mine as the background,the mechanical mechanism of deformation and failure of surrounding rock and the stress field,displacement field and plastic zone in the process of tunneling are analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock in the process of tunneling is summarized.On this basis,the support parameters of roadway are optimized,which shows that the support mode of bolt+anchor cable+plastic steel mesh+steel mesh can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and improve the tunneling speed of roadway.
