摘要
窄煤柱或无煤柱开采技术,不仅可以提高资源回采率、增加矿井的服务年限,缓解矿井采掘接替的矛盾,更有利于巷道围岩应力的重分布,逐步被矿井实施推广。根据王洼煤矿11采区北翼剩余工作面的开采情况,采用优化煤柱尺寸的方法,设计煤柱尺寸为5 m、2 m和无煤柱开采3种方案,分别与原有方案进行经济技术评价分析和成本核算,综合得出11采区北翼剩余综放工作面采取无煤柱采区设计方案。在保证矿井安全回采的前提下,该方案可节约生产成本,提高矿井经济效益。
Narrow pillar or no pillar mining technology can not only improve the resource recovery rate,extend the service life of the mine,alleviate the contradiction of tunneling and mining,but also help to redistribute the surrounding rock stress of the roadway,which is gradually promoted by the mine.According to the mining situation of the remaining working faces in the north wing of No.11 mining area in Wangwa coal mine,three coal pillar size optimization schemes of 5 m,2 m and no coal pillar are put forward.Through economic and technical comparison with the original design scheme,it is concluded that the no coal pillar mining area design scheme is adopted for the remaining fully mechanized working face in No.11 mining area.On the premise of ensuring the safety of mining,the scheme can save production cost and improve the economic benefit of the mine.
