摘要 夜郎河双线特大桥设计为1-370m上承式钢筋混凝土X形(提篮式)拱桥,针对大跨径空间X形劲性骨架吊装跨度大、质量大、高度高、空间X形线型控制难度大等施工情况,创造性使用了塔顶承重索空载横移式缆索吊机,成功解决了X形(提篮式)拱桥拱脚与拱顶处钢管劲性骨架宽度渐变的吊装、缆索吊横移系统质量大、缆塔横向稳定性控制难度大等施工难题,确保了经济、高效、安全地完成了拱肋劲性骨架的吊装施工。 The design of Yelanghe double-line bridge is 1-370m reinforced concrete X type(basket type)arch bridge.In view of the construction situation of large span space,large weight,high height and difficult control of space X type rigid frame,the no-load transverse cable crane of tower top load-bearing cable is used creatively,which successfully solves the construction problems such as the hoisting of the arch foot of the arch bridge and the gradual change of the width of the steel tube rigid frame at the arch roof,the weight of the cable hoisting system and the lateral stability control of the cable tower.To ensure the economic,efficient and safe completion of the arch rib rigid skeleton hoisting construction.
