摘要
新冠疫情对全球经济的影响关系到民生、农村经济及社会的安定,同时加大了乡村振兴及脱贫攻坚的难度。从整体上看,对乡村文化产业、农产品产销、农资供给等农村服务、农民工就业问题、农村基础设施和公共服务建设带来了较大的不利影响,且影响呈持续性。由此可见,务必在做好防疫工作的前提下有序恢复农业经济秩序,减轻疫情对三农问题的影响。基于此,提出几点相关建议以供参考。
The impact of COVID-19 on the global economy has a bearing on people's livelihood,rural economy and social stability,and has increased the difficulty of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.On the whole,rural cultural industry,production and marketing of agricultural products,agricultural supply and other rural services,employment of migrant workers,rural infrastructure and public service construction has brought a large negative impact,and the impact is persistent.Therefore,it is imperative to restore the order of agricultural economy in an orderly manner on the premise of doing a good job in epidemic prevention,so as to reduce the impact of the epidemic on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Based on this,some relevant suggestions are put forward for reference.
