Objective To study the effect of insulin pump continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin lispro on the treatment of newly diagnosed diabetic patients, so as to provide a feasible basis for clinical intervention. Methods Seventy-eight newly diagnosed diabetic patients who came to our hospital for treatment from June 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The patients were treated with conventional insulin therapy(control group) and insulin pump subcutaneous continuous injection of insulin lispro(observation group) to compare the therapeutic effects. Results The effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group(36 cases, accounting for 92.31%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(27 cases, accounting for 69.23%), P<0.05;the incidence of hypoglycemia events in the observation group(4 cases, accounting for 10.26%), it was lower than the control group(10 cases, 25.64%), P<0.05;after treatment, the daily insulin dosage and the patient’s blood glucose reaching time in the observation group were better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Clinical treatment of newly diagnosed diabetic patients with continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin lispro with insulin pump can effectively help patients to improve the treatment effect, and has good safety.
