摘要
该文围绕深蹲类抗阻训练在减脂中的应用及效果展开研究,采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法、实验法和数理统计法,对40名肥胖男性青年进行了减脂训练,探讨分析实验前、后的相关数据,并得出了如下结论:深蹲类抗阻训练对肥胖青年男性的相关体成分指标有明显的改变,其中体脂率、身体质量指数和皮下脂肪量三项指标明显下降;肌肉量和基础代谢率指标明显上升。在内脏脂肪量这一指标上则无明显差异;能有效改善相关身体形态指标中的体重、腰围、大腿围三项指标,并在降低血压和心率方面效果更加显著。
This paper focuses on the application and effect of squat resistance training in reducing fat.Using literature,expert interview,test,experiment and mathematical statistics,40 young obese men were trained to reduce fat.The related data before and after the experiment were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:squat resistance training signif icantly changed the related body composition index of obese young men,among which the body fat rate,body mass index and subcutaneous fat index decreased signif icantly,and muscle mass and basal metabolic rate index increased signif icantly.There was no signif icant difference in v isceral fat,which can effectively improve the body weight,waist circumference and thigh circumference,and is more effective in lowering blood pressure and heart rate.
