摘要
个性是在生理素质的基础上,在一定社会历史条件下,通过社会实践活动形成和发展的。先天的遗传因素,是个性发展的自然前提。而后天因素有社会环境因素和教育因素。其中,教育因素在人的个性发展过程中起主导作用。为了提高学校体育教学对学生个性方面的培养,该文从当前个性教育与体育发展的结合现状入手,分析体育教学对学生个性培养不足的表现,并提出强化培养和塑造个性鲜明的学生个体;体育活动形式上的创新,采取合理有效的措施促进学生个性发展;环境熏陶助于学生个性发展等三方面建议,希望让学生得到多方面个性化培养。
Personality is formed and developed through social practice on the basis of physiological quality and under cer tain social and histor ical conditions.Inherent genetic factors are the natural premise of personality development.The acquired factors include social environment and education.Among them,educational factors play a leading role in the process of personality development.in order to improve the cultivation of students'personality in school physical education,this paper starts with the current situation of the combination of personality education and physical education development,analyzes the insuff icient performance of physical education in the cultivation of students'personality,and puts forward to strengthen the cultivation and shaping of students with distinct personality;innovate in the form of physical activities and take reasonable and effective measures to promote the development of students'personality;environment edif ication is helpful to the development of students'personality and other three aspects of suggestions,hoping to let students get a variety of personalized training.
