摘要
以蔗糖为碳源,制备了碳基固体酸催化剂;应用红外光谱和X射线衍射方法对催化剂进行表征;催化剂制备工艺为:蔗糖的碳化温度180℃,碳化时间24 h,乙醇洗涤,80℃下干燥12 h;以该催化剂对乙酸龙脑酯催化合成,酯化率可达73.6%。
Carbon-based Solid catalysts were prepared by using sucrose as carbon sources.The catalysts were characterized by IR and X ray diffraction.The process of preparing solid acid was as follows:sucrose carbonized 180℃,carbonization time 24h,washing by ethanol and drying 12 h at 80℃.The bornyl acetate was synthesized by the solid sulfoacid catalyst.The esterification rate could reach 73.6%.
