摘要
针对农村饮水安全工程中存在的水源供水情况不理想、供水水质差、取水不便、供水量不足无法保证供给等问题,介绍了微涡旋混凝技术在宜春某水厂的应用情况。采用涡流反应器对穿孔旋流反应池进行改造,改造后处理规模由800m^(3)/d提高至960m^(3)/d,使沉淀池出水浊度维持在3NTU以下,滤后水浊度保持在1NTU以下,减少了13%的投药量,同时节约了21.4%的反冲洗水量。改造运行后的实践证明,微涡旋混凝技术具有操作简便、适应性好、投资少、运行费用低、见效快等优点,是适合我国现阶段农饮水工程中较为经济有效的能增大水厂产水量的一项技术,且能比较实用地提高出厂水的水质,具有一定的推广价值。
Aimed at the problems existing in rural drinking water safety project,such as unsatisfactory water supply,poor water quality,inconvenient water supply,and insufficient water supply to ensure supply,the application of micro-vortex coagulation technology in a water plant in Yichun was introduced.The vortex reactor was used to reform the perforated swirl reaction tank.After the reform,the treatment scale was increased from 800 m^(3)/d to 960 m^(3)/d,so that the turbidity of effluent from the sedimentation tank was kept below 3 NTU and the turbidity of filtered water was kept below 1 NTU,reducing the dosage by 13%and saving 21.4%of backwash water.The practice of transformation has proved that micro-vortex coagulation technology has the advantages of simple operation,good adaptability,low investment,low operating cost and quick effect,it is a more economical and effective technology that can increase the water production of water plants in the current agricultural and drinking water projects in China,and can more practically improve the water quality of the factory water,which has a certain promotion value.
