摘要
采用电弧熔炼方法制备了Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si复合材料,并对其微观结构和抗磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si复合材料组织均匀致密,主要由韧性的Cu_(ss)和金属硅化物Ni_(3)Si及Ni_(31)Si_(12)亚稳相组成,具有良好的强韧性配合。Ni_(3)Si与Ni_(31)Si_(12)具有高硬度和强共价键,Cu_(ss)具有良好的塑韧性、低摩擦和自润滑特性,因此Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si复合材料表现出优异的耐磨性。与1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢相比,Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si复合材料具有更低的摩擦系数和磨损率,随摩擦载荷增加,摩擦系数降低(从0.38到0.22),磨损率升高(3.92×10^(-16)mm^(3)/(N·m)到9.36×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m));相同条件下,Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si复合材料磨损率较1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢低近一个数量级。
Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si composites were prepared by arc melting,the microstructure and wear resistance were studied.The results show that the Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si composite has a uniform and dense structure,which is mainly composed of the ductile Cuss and metal silicified Ni_(3)Si and Ni31Si12 metastable phase,and has a good combination of strength and toughness.Ni3Si and Ni3,Sil2 have high hardness and strong covalent bond,Cuss has good plastic toughness,low friction and self-lubrication characteristics,so Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si composite material shows excellent wear resistance.Compared with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si composite has lower friction coefficient and wear rate.With the increase of friction load,the friction coefficient decreases(from 0.38 to 0.22),and the wear rate increases(from3.92×10^(-16)mm^(3)/(N·m)to 9.36×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m)).Under the same conditions,the wear rate of Cu_(ss)/Ni_(3)Si composite is nearly one order of magnitude lower than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
