摘要
橡胶坝是20世纪60年代以来,随着高分子合成材料工业的发展应运而生的一种新型水利工程。坝袋用的胶布是以高强力合成纤维织物等做受力骨架,内外涂敷合成橡胶做黏结保护层而加工制成的。其按要求的尺寸锚固于底板上,呈封闭状,人们通过冲排管路用水(气)将其充胀,形成袋式挡水坝。坝顶可以溢流,人们可根据需要升高或降低坝高,以达到控制水位的目的。它代替了自古以来建设坝体的土、石、木和钢等材料,属于水利工程中的一项技术创新,已广泛应用于灌溉、发电、防洪和城市绿水工程等方面。本文介绍了柳杭橡胶坝的自然概况及工程概况,分析了柳杭橡胶坝设计中的坝址位置、工程方案、坝体结构、设计蓄水位高程以及孔数型式选择,为橡胶坝同类工程设计提供参考。
Rubber dam is a new type of water conservancy project that has emerged with the development of the poly⁃mer synthetic material industry since the 1960s.The rubber cloth used for the dam bag is made of high-strength syn⁃thetic fiber fabric as the force-bearing framework,and the inner and outer parts are coated with synthetic rubber as a bonding protective layer.It is anchored on the bottom plate according to the required size and is in a closed shape,people inflate it with water(gas)through the flushing and draining pipeline to form a bag-type dam.The crest of the dam can overflow,and people can raise or lower the height of the dam as needed to achieve the purpose of controlling the water level.It replaces the soil,stone,wood and steel materials used in the construction of dams since ancient times,and belongs to a technological innovation in water conservancy projects and has been widely used in irrigation,power generation,flood control and urban green water projects.This paper introduced the natural and engineering overview of Liuhang Rubber Dam,and analyzed the location of the dam site,engineering scheme,dam structure,de⁃sign water level elevation and hole number selection in the design of Liuhang rubber dam,so as to provide reference for similar engineering design of rubber dam.
