两种催化裂化实验室评价装置的反应特性差异 被引量:1

摘要 以大庆减压蜡油为原料,对比研究不同工艺条件下ACE装置和FFB装置的产物分布特点。结果表明,不同反应条件下,ACE装置与FFB装置的裂化反应产物分布规律及随着反应条件的变化规律较为相似,但又各具特征。从产物分布来看,FFB装置的反应转化率高于ACE装置,主要表现在气体和焦炭产率较高,汽油产率低。从汽油烃组成来看,FFB装置上汽油中异构烷烃含量高,烯烃含量低,导致产物分布和汽油性质差异的可能原因在于反应器内流化状态和反应环境的不同。 Product distributions of ACE and FFB device under different reaction conditions were compared using Daqing vacuum wax oil as feedstock.The results showed that the products distribution of cracking reaction of ACE device and FFB device had the similar rules with similar reaction conditions,but they had their own characteristics.For product distribution,the reaction conversion of the FFB device were higher than that of the ACE device,as well as higher gas and coke yield and low gasoline yield.For gasoline hydrocarbon composition,the contents of isoparaffin in gasoline in the FFB unit were higher,and the olefin contents were lower.The possible reason for the difference in product distribution and gasoline property was the difference in fluidization states and reaction atmosphere in the reactor.
