摘要
饮食护理是治疗糖尿病的重要基础之一,其降血糖及防治糖尿病作用越来越受重视。特色杂粮作为我国主要粮食作物,富含多种生物活性成分,且不同成分及其相互作用能够发挥不同功能,其降血糖功效是近年来研究热点。本研究筛选苦荞、燕麦、薏苡仁、大枣及大豆5种特色杂粮,对其生物活性物质降血糖功效研究进展进行综述,以期为特色杂粮产品开发及糖尿病患者饮食提供理论依据。
Diet care is an important basis for the treatment of diabetes,and its hypoglycemic and antidiabetes focus more attention.Special grain is the main grain crop in China,which is rich in many kinds of bioactive ingredients.In addition,there are different functions in different bioactive components and their interactions,and its hypoglycemic effect has become a research hotspot in recent years.In this paper,five kinds of characteristic coarse cereals were screened,namely Tartary buckwheat,oat,coix seed,jujube and soybean,and the hypoglycemic effects of bioactive substances in them were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for exploitation of characteristic coarse cereals and diet of diabetic patients.
