摘要
针对烧结过程中单辊破碎机磨损而导致失效的问题,本文通过建立单辊破碎机的三维模型和烧结矿的颗粒模型,采用离散元法对单辊破碎机的破碎过程进行模拟仿真分析,得到辊齿和水冷箅板的累计接触力和磨损深度分布云图;经与实际磨损进行对比,证实了该仿真模型的正确性;并通过仿真模拟优化后的辊齿和箅板结构,找出了影响其磨损的因素;进一步对单辊破碎机的设计优化提出了建议。
In order to solve the problem of failure due to the wear of single roll crusher in sintering process,the three-dimensional model of single roll crusher and the particle model of sinter are established,and the crushing process of single roll crusher is simulated and analyzed by discrete element method.The cumulative contact force and wear depth distribution nephogram of the roller teeth and the water-cooled grate plate are obtained.Through the comparison with actual wear,the correctness of the simulation model is verified.The optimized structures of roller teeth and grate plate are simulated to find out the factors that affect the wear,and the further suggestions for the design optimization of single roll crusher are thrown out.
