妊娠中期孕妇血清AFP和β-hcG两项指标采用不同免疫分析仪检测的结果差别 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠中期孕妇血清AFP和β-hcG两项指标采用不同免疫分析仪检测的结果差别。方法:挑选2018年8月~2019年8月本院收治的150例妊娠中期孕妇作为研究对象,运用不同的免疫分析仪检测孕妇的血清样本,对比两种检测仪的检测结果。结果:磁微粒的检测效果略胜于电化学的检测效果(P<0.05)。电化学的检测耗时更多,但电化学的定量分析精准度略胜一筹,校准误差率更低。磁微粒检测操作简单,有较高的灵敏度,有较大误差。结论:运用电化学发光分析仪和磁微粒发光仪妊娠中期孕妇血清AFP和β-hcG,检测结果都具有一定准确性,而电化学发光分析仪的检测精准度更高,检测时间偏长,磁微粒发光仪有着更高的检测灵敏度,但是应当将误差控制好。 Objective:To explore test results to use different immune analyzers in testing serum AFP andβ-hcG of pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy.The results of the tests are different.Methods:150 pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.Different immune analyzers were used to detect the serum samples of pregnant women,and the detection results of the two detectors were compared.Results:The detection effect of magnetic particles was slightly better than that of electrochemistry(P<0.05).Electrochemical detection takes more time,but the accuracy of electrochemical quantitative analysis is slightly better and the calibration error rate is lower.Magnetic particle detection is easy to operate,with high sensitivity and large error.Conclusion:The detection results of serum AFP andβ-hcG of pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy by using electrochemical luminescence analyzer and magnetic particle luminometer are relatively accurate,while electrochemical luminescence analyzer has higher detection accuracy and longer detection time.Magnetic particle luminometer has higher detection sensitivity,but the error should be well controlled.
