摘要
目的:探析对颅脑良恶性肿瘤组织患者应用磁共振成像检查不同的扩散敏感系数(b值)信号值差异临床引导价值。方法:取本院2018年1月~2019年12月收治确诊为恶性肿瘤患者36例设为A组,另取同期收治良性肿瘤患者29例设为B组。对两组患者同时进行影像学和病理诊断。通过多重线性回归模式控制基线数据变量后比较良恶性肿瘤在不同b值引导下的信号值变化量差异及对于临床病情鉴别价值。结果:b值不同状态下A组患者均表现出高信号且信号强度显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者b值在(600~100)s/mm^(2)、(800~1000)s/mm^(2)两个范围中信号值变化百分比均与B组患者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对收治肿瘤患者在应用影像学鉴别诊断良恶性过程中,不但要关注表观扩散系指标,对于不同方位b值之下信号值的变化也要进行详细比较,以取得理想的辅助诊断价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical guiding value of different diffusion sensitivity coefficient(b-value)signal values in patients with benign and malignant tumors using magnetic resonance imaging.Methods:36 patients diagnosed with malignant tumors in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as group A,and 29 patients with benign tumors treated during the same period were set as group B.Imaging and pathological diagnosis were performed on both groups of patients.The multiple linear regression model was used to control the baseline data variables to compare the difference in signal value of benign and malignant tumors guided by different b-values and to identify the clinical condition.Results:Patients in group A showed high signal and the signal intensity was significantly higher than that in group B under different states of b value(P<0.05);b values in group A were between(600-100)s/mm^(2) and(800-1000)s The percentage change of the signal value in the two ranges of/mm^(2) was significantly different from that of the patients in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors by using imaging,we should not only pay attention to the indicators of the apparent diffusion system,but also make detailed comparisons of changes in signal values under different azimuth b values in order to obtain the ideal auxiliary diagnostic value.
