摘要
采用室内盆栽模拟方法,选择同一无性系杉木为研究对象,设置双株拥挤、双株宽敞和单株种植(对照)3个拥挤程度,分别于处理50、100和150 d后进行破坏性收获,测定不同拥挤条件下杉木根系内源有机酸的种类及含量.结果表明:参试杉木幼苗根系内的有机酸主要有草酸(3.69~8.99 mg·g^(-1))、苹果酸(0.34~0.63 mg·g^(-1))和柠檬酸(0.06~0.12 mg·g^(-1));而棕榈酸、辛酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚油酸、山嵛酸和癸酸等有机酸含量较少(2.02~106.07μg·g^(-1));未检出γ-亚麻酸和十五碳烯酸.拥挤程度和处理时间对杉木根系内源有机酸含量的交互作用不显著;双株拥挤处理第150天时杉木根系内的草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、棕榈酸、辛酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚油酸、山嵛酸含量明显增加,与对照相比,分别增加了116.1%、171.5%、175.4%、98.1%、182.4%、91.3%、315.3%、266.5%;双株拥挤处理第150天时根系内柠檬酸含量显著低于同处理第50天时的含量,第100天时的山嵛酸含量显著高于另外两个时间点的含量,而其余有机酸含量均无显著变化.
To explore the effect of underground crowdness on the endogenous organic acid in the rhizosphere of Chinese fir,the same clones of Chinese fir were established at 3 levels of crowdness by indoor pot simulation experiment,including two-plant crowding,two-plant spaciousness and single-plant(control).Destructive harvesting was conducted on 50,100 and 150 d to determine the types and contents of endogenous organic acids.The results showed that the organic acids were mainly comprised of oxalic acid(3.69-8.99 mg·g^(-1)),malic acid(0.34-0.63 mg·g^(-1))and citric acid(0.06-0.12 mg·g^(-1))in the roots of Chinese fir seedlings.Palmitic acid,octylic acid,myristic acid,linoleic acid,behenic acid and decanoic acid were less than 2.02-106.07μg·g^(-1)whileγ-linolenic acid and pentadecenic acid were not detected.The crowding degree and treatment time had no significant interactive effect on the contents of endogenous organic acids.Compared with the control,the two-plant crowding treatment significantly increased the contents of oxalic acid,malic acid,citric acid,palmitic acid,caprylic acid,myristic acid,linoleic acid,and behenic acid by 116.1%,171.5%,175.4%,98.1%,182.4%,91.3%,315.3%,266.5%,respectively on day 150.The citric acid content was significantly lower on day 150 than that on day 50 under two-plant crowding treatment;while the docosanoic acid content on 100 d was significantly higher than that at the other 2 time points;the contents of other organic acids had no significant change.
