摘要
目的:观察应用电子气管镜对支气管结核患者进行综合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的86例支气管结核患者为研究对象,按入院顺序将其分为两组,接受常规抗结核治疗的为对照组,应用电子气管镜综合治疗的为观察组。统计两组患者的治疗效果,并进行对比与评价。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率,以及治疗后1、3、6个月的痰菌转阴率,均显著高于对照组,疾病复发率相比于对照组明显降低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于支气管结核患者,通过实施电子气管镜综合治疗,可将其支气管阻塞以及病灶吸收等情况有效改善,在促进痰菌转阴率提高的同时,有效减少疾病复发。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of bronchial tuberculosis patients with electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:86 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The patients who received conventional antituberculosis treatment were the control group,and those who were treated with electronic bronchoscopy were the observation group.The treatment effects of two groups of patients were counted,and compared and evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the negative rate of sputum negative during 1,3,and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group.The disease recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with bronchial tuberculosis,the implementation of comprehensive electronic bronchoscopy can effectively improve their bronchial obstruction and lesion absorption.While promoting the increase of sputum negative rate,it can effectively reduce the recurrence of the disease.
