摘要
目的:探究锥形线束CT扫描(CBCT)在牙槽突裂植骨手术中应用价值。方法:随机选取本院2015年6月~2019年10月收治20例单侧牙槽突裂且接受牙槽突裂植骨手术患者。在手术前通过CBCT测量患者牙槽突裂隙体积,并依据计算结果确定术中植骨量;手术过程通过注射器压缩法对实际植骨量进行计算,术后通过CBCT测量植入骨量。比较不同时点测量数据情况。结果:术前患者行CBCT扫描检测牙槽突裂体积(1.09±0.16)cm3;术中实际植入骨体积(1.56±0.14)cm3;术后1周患者行CBCT测量牙槽植入骨体积(1.55±0.13)cm3;术中实际植骨量接近术前测量体积的1.5倍;术后1周患者CBCT扫描检测结果与术中实际测量结果基本一致,对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:锥形线束CT扫描在牙槽外科手术中应用有助于医师术前植入骨材料准备,以及对患者进行牙槽突裂植骨术后植入骨的存活、生长情况判断。
Objective:To explore the value of cone beam CT scan(CBCT)in alveolar fissure bone grafting.Methods:20 patients with unilateral alveolar cleft and undergoing alveolar bone graft surgery were selected from our hospital from June 2015 to October 2019.Before surgery,the volume of the alveolar fissure was measured by CBCT,and the amount of bone graft was determined during the operation.The actual bone graft was calculated by the syringe compression method during the operation,and the bone mass was measured by CBCT after surgery.Compare the measured data at different time points.Results:The CBCT scan was performed before surgery to detect the alveolar cleft volume(1.09±0.16)cm3;the actual implanted bone volume(1.56±0.14)cm3 during the operation;the CBCT was used to measure the alveolar implanted bone volume(1.55±0.13)cm3 after 1 week;the actual bone graft volume during the operation is close to 1.5 times the pre-operative measurement volume;the CBCT scan results of the patients at 1week after surgery are basically the same as the actual measurement results,and there is no significant difference in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of cone beam CT scan in alveolar surgery is helpful for physicians to prepare bone material for preoperative implantation,and to judge the survival and growth of the implanted bone after alveolar fissure implantation.The scanning method has clinical promotion and application value.
