摘要
目的:探讨脂血对Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪测定血常规主要指标的影响。方法:采集2018年3月~2020年2月本院血液样本120份,按照脂血严重程度分为对照组(30例),轻度脂血组(30例),中度脂血组(30例),重度脂血组(30例),均以Sysmex XT-1800i血液分析仪测定血常规主要指标,探讨脂血对相关指标水平的实际影响。结果:相较于对照组,轻度脂血组WBC水平更低,MCHC水平更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度脂血组MCHC、Hb及MCH水平更高,WBC水平更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度脂血组MCHC、Hb及MCH水平更高,WBC水平更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各项指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在血常规主要指标检测中,中度脂血与重度脂血对Sysmex XS-1000i血液分析仪测定Hb、MCH、MCHC及WBC影响较大。
Objective:To explore the influence of lipid blood on the main indexes of blood routine test by Sysmex XT-1800i blood analyzer.Methods:120 blood samples were collected from March 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital.According to the severity of lipid blood,they were divided into control group(30cases),mild lipid blood group(30 cases),moderate lipid blood group(30 cases),severe lipid blood group(30 cases).The main indexes of blood routine were measured by Sysmex XT-1800i blood analyzer,and the actual effect of lipid blood on the relevant indexes was discussed.Results:Compared with the control group,the WBC level was lower and the MCHC level was higher in the mild blood group(P<0.05);the MCHC,Hb and MCH levels were higher in the moderate blood group and lower in the WBC level(P<0.05);the MCHC,Hb and MCH levels were higher in the severe blood group and lower in the WBC level(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the main indexes of blood routine test,moderate and severe lipid blood have great influence on the determination of Hb,MCH,MCHC and WBC by Sysmex XS-1000i blood analyzer.
