摘要
文章采用熔融挤出法制备了PA6/玻璃纤维/实心玻璃微珠复合材料,并考察了实心玻璃微珠的添加量对于材料流动性、表面光泽度以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:3%~6%的实心玻璃微珠添加量可以在不大幅降低材料性能的情况下,提高材料的流动性和表面光泽度,改善玻纤增强PA6材料的表观质量。但是,随着实心玻璃微珠添加量提高,复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度都有所下降。
PA6/glass fiber/solid glass micro bead composites were prepared by melt extrusion,and the effects of solid glass bead on the fluidity,surface gloss and mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that the addition of 3%-6%solid glass beads can improve the fluidity and gloss of PA6 material,and improve the appearance quality of PA6 material.However,the tensile strength and notched impact strength decreased with the increase of solid glass beads.
