摘要 目的:探索生物医学工程专业程序设计类课程信息化与案例化联合教学实践。方法:首先根据课程目标和学员特点对信息化手段进行筛选和创新设计,在辅助教学的同时,作为学员最直观的教学案例,引导课程知识点的学习;再以学员为中心通过“使用案例—学习案例—设计案例—完善案例(师生共同)”的闭环学习过程,反作用于信息化手段与教学案例的完善。结果:通过实时反馈、课后问卷调查、学员评教、学校评价等多方面证实了该教学模式有利于帮助师生共同实现课程知识点的梳理和开展,提升学员的学习热情、课程价值认同感及动手实践能力与思考能力。结论:该教学模式有利于推动传统的教员介绍学习目的向学员主动求解转变,所形成的实践效果和案例化建设思路可以为生物医学工程专业的程序设计类课程以及医学专业的程序设计基础课程提供参考。 Objective To explore the joint teaching practice of informatized and case-based teaching in programming courses of the biomedical engineering specialty.Methods The informatization technology tools were selected and innovatively designed according to the objectives of the course and the characteristics of the students,and were used as an intuitive teaching case for the students to guide the learning of the knowledge points of the course;then the informatization tools and teaching cases were improved by a student-centered closed-loop learning process composed of cases using,learning,designing and improving(by the students together with the teachers).Results Real-time feedback,post-course questionnaire,student evaluation and school assessment confirmed that the teaching mode contributed to helping teachers and students to work together to sort out and carry out the knowledge points of the course and to enhance students'enthusiasm for learning,their sense of recognition of the value of the course and their hands-on and thinking skills.Conclusion The teaching model is conducive to promoting a shift from the traditional instructor's introduction of learning objectives to the learner's active solution-seeking.The practical effects and case-based construction ideas developed can be used as a reference for programming classes in the biomedical engineering specialty and for basic programming courses in the medical specialties.
