二氧化碳激光治疗仪故障自动检测系统设计

摘要 不同的激光设备之间存在端点偏移,导致在实际故障检测时,检测系统的不稳定度数值过大,最终检测结果不准确,针对该问题,设计一种二氧化碳激光治疗仪故障自动检测系统。硬件部分结合治疗仪结构,设定不同组成模块的检测计,分配为控制器内的引脚功能,得到检测计接口电路。软件部分采用图形算法对二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗方式进行算法综合,引入一个正负判别变量,控制不同治疗仪设备产生的端点,构建故障自动检测图形算法,结合得到的故障变化量,设定实时时间程序,完成故障自动检测系统的设计。准备已知参数的二氧化碳激光治疗仪,检测装置连接完毕后,分别使用文献[11]中的自动检测系统、传统检测系统与设计的自动检测系统进行实验,结果表明:设计的检测系统得到的不稳定度数值为1.6,数值最小。 The end point offset exists between different laser equipment,which leads to the instability value of the detection system is too large,and the final detection result is not accurate.Aiming at this problem,an automatic fault detection system for carbon dioxide laser therapeutic instrument is designed.In the hardware part,combined with the structure of the therapeutic instrument,the detector with different modules is set and assigned to the pin function in the controller,and the detector interface circuit is obtained.In the software part,a positive and negative discriminant variable is introduced to control the endpoint generated by different therapeutic devices,and a graphic algorithm for automatic fault detection is constructed.The real-time time program is set to complete the design of automatic fault detection system.The CO2 laser therapeutic apparatus with known parameters is prepared.After the detection device is connected,the automatic detection system,the traditional detection system and the designed automatic detection system in reference[11]are used for experiments respectively.The results show that the instability value obtained by the designed detection system is 1.6,and the value is the minimum.
